"𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮" is a collective effort podcast which aims to showcase how 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀, in their unique ways, have overcome obstacles, developed resilience, and found purpose and joy within academia. It explores the aspect of the academic experience for racialized people and aims to 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 to find, nurture, heal, grow, think, be and journey together in academia.
